The Payments Pulse - June Issue

Celebrating One Year of Kajabi Payments!

In just one year, Kajabi Payments has grown from initial beta testing to facilitating over $235M. Now, 25% of transactions on Kajabi go through Kajabi Payments—showing that our Heroes truly value and trust this solution.

We've expanded into new regions and added features like Kajabi Sales Tax, digital wallets, Buy Now Pay Later options, and integrations with top accounting software.

Looking ahead, we’re not slowing down. We have big plans to further develop and refine Kajabi Payments. 🛒

Thanks for your support, especially to our beta testers. Together, we're transforming creator commerce one transaction at a time.

Thanks,

Steph, Head of Commerce at Kajabi

Fact vs. Fiction

❌ Fiction: Kajabi Payments doesn’t give you enough visibility with failed payments.

✅ Fact: We’ve got you covered. When a payment fails, both you and your customer will immediately receive an email notification. You can easily track and review failed payments by visiting the Transactions tab and filtering for failed payments. Automatic retries occur when customers update their cards, supported by smart AI-driven retry logic. Additionally, you have the option to manually retry a payment.

Plus, now you have the option to export your failed payments! Click the ‘Export’ button to get your transactional data as a CSV file.
