2024 Commerce Wrap-Up

As we close out another year, I want to celebrate the features we’ve introduced to empower creators like you to sell smarter and scale faster.

This year, you gained the ability to send invoices easily, manage taxes with Kajabi Sales Tax, and offer flexible payment options like Klarna. We also made checkout smoother with Popup Checkout and the Quantity Selector, and just in time for the holidays, we launched Gift Offers

Your feedback shaped every one of these features, and it’s what inspires us to keep building. Looking ahead, 2025 is all about growth: more ways to sell, more flexibility, and even bigger tools to help you succeed.

Black Friday Cyber Monday

Black Friday Cyber Monday 2024 was big. Over just four days, creators on Kajabi collectively generated nearly $40M in revenue. This included over 322k transactions and nearly 300k customers served globally.

Behind these numbers are success stories of creators who made the most of Kajabi’s tools to achieve incredible results.

Mark Allan Groleau spent Cyber Monday launching the world’s only wedding ceremony platform for officiants. Using Kajabi, he created a waitlist landing page, collecting 117 signups in one week. Then, he launched a 3-day Black Friday sale for his $199 Lifetime Founders Offer—a one-time deal for his wedding officiant platform. The result? 131 purchases and $26k in revenue.

Nikki Milne ran a 3-week Black Friday campaign with a new offer each week. In the first week, she sold 8 bundles at $69. In the second week, her 6-month mentoring program, which she never discounts, sold 5 at $5k. She added a bonus session, which helped convert those on the fence. In the third week, she sold 8 memberships at 57% off for $497. The strategic mix of offers and incentives made it a success, generating an additional $29k AUD in sales through Black Friday Sale Period!

Lou Faiella of The Quiz Creator ran a 5-day sale with a new deal each day, live for 24 hours only. He built excitement with a landing page showing all the deals, locked until their day, and a countdown timer added urgency. Daily emails drove engagement, making it a fun and successful event!

Sam De La Haye ran two offers this year: an annual membership bundled with a free ticket to her live 9-week program, selling 14 at £370, and a 75% off course promotion to her email list, generating 4 sales at £197. Despite fewer course sales, she earned £6k and learned important lessons on pre-launch pricing and email list segmentation.

Ellen Yin, founder & podcast host of Cubicle to CEO, tested our Cart feature during Black Friday and achieved sales of $24k off a low-lift, email only launch. By creating a streamlined shopping experience with Cart, she boosted her average order value to $350, proving the impact of an optimized purchasing experience.
